Retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current cycle. Cancellation may be effective from the next cycle with 14 days' notice unless otherwise agreed.
Project engagements
Project engagements follow the payment terms in the service agreement. Refunds, if any, are governed by that agreement.
