Case note

Outbound Sales - $50K+ in Recovered and New Revenue

Situation

A sales program had a large database of cold and inactive B2B leads and inconsistent outbound execution. Pipeline was thin.

Responsibility

Sales Representative - outbound calling, follow-up, qualification, and CRM discipline for the U.S. and U.K. markets.

Actions

What I did

  1. Ran 80–120 outbound dials daily (approximately 2,200/month)
  2. Rebuilt the follow-up cadence across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  3. Qualified 120–200 leads per cycle against a defined ICP
  4. Booked 6–10 qualified meetings per cycle
  5. Reactivated cold and inactive leads with a fresh angle
  6. Kept CRM notes current on every touch

Outcome

Measured outcomes

  • 30+ deals closed from cold and inactive leads
  • $50K+ in outbound-led revenue contribution
  • 20+ U.S. market partnerships in sports apparel
Implication

Reliable pipeline is a function of daily discipline, not a new script. Clients can expect the same rhythm applied to their own outbound program.
